Rachel Edelman has been leading group fitness events for runners at Athleta on the Upper East Side since February 2015. She holds certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Personal Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and from USA Track and Field as a Run Coach and Cross Country Specialist. When she isn't out running miles, she's busy running a law practice, counseling clients in the health and wellness industries on intellectual property and corporate matters.
